This article (as well as an abundance of many others) should have been read by me over a decade ago. There are so many obvious things we close our eyes to as American citizens or plain an simply ignore. I have the most grateful appreciation to be enlighten on issues that our, "great American school system", has failed to offer our children or myself. I think it is the responsibility of all citizens to become aware of what its government truly stands for or against.
