This article (as well as an abundance of many others) should have been read by me over a decade ago. There are so many obvious things we close our eyes to as American citizens or plain an simply ignore. I have the most grateful appreciation to be enlighten on issues that our, "great American school system", has failed to offer our children or myself. I think it is the responsibility of all citizens to become aware of what its government truly stands for or against. THE ISSUE OF JUDICAL MISCONDUCT WAS NOT PLACED IN THE HANDS OF THE MEDIA NOR WITHIN PROPER NOTICE WITHIN THE EYES OF THE VERY CONCERNED PUBLIC PLEASE CALL AND ACT
ON THIS NOW.

It was alleged that media sources were contacted about the issue of Judicial Conduct and Disability 28 USC which contained important information and a course in which the public could speak out about issues of Judical misconduct, this hearing which was held in New York Brooklyn Court in court room 8A on Thursday on Sept 27th, could have been used to setforth steps to clean-up misjustice claimed my millions of American's across the United States and abroad.

When I spoke to Dr. Richard Cordedco, Esq, who holds a phd from Cambridge Univeristy and a M.B.A from the University of Michigan he stated to me that he placed a very detailed report of facts about Judicial Misconduct and within charts and graphs he explained before this commision of Justices the problems which impact on people national. He stated to me which is very documented that within over 4,700 cases filed against Judges within US Courts over 9 were found guilty and removed and or placed on adminstrative investigation "9".

Because of alleged fraud within Bankruptcy Court, Probate which is a growing concern within many of the senior elder abuse cases within Illinois which are not under any review because it is being claimed that all law enforcement is under has they see fit rules and therefore many cases are going without investigative of criminal alleged wrongdoing because of Illegally conveyance of deeds and other frauds which are being allowed within various courts the issue is that this hearing was very important for the millions of America's who have these r\very issue addressed.

In addition the advertising for this hearing was only within a hand few of publication one a New York Publication and the website of the USCOURTS whereby the normal consumer and or those who were faced with issues concerning judicial misconduct would not beable to see.

It's not too late said Dr. Cordero, we can still file comments within the documentation I had provided to this hearing which alleged many of these abuses and I will state that all the people who listen to my program across the world ( whereby I was noticed of this by my listener and friend in New Zealand) we are make a win in this.

We can not allow the Justices to inverstigate themselves there are many cases which were shared to me as a broadcaster and a former Deputy Court Clerk which are indeed without due process of law, full civil rights allowed within the proceeding. Again if we can win this one then many of the investigations which are under GAG orders and that are not being heard can be investigated outside those who maybe defending themselves from the eyes of the very puclic they serve.
